After a terrible experience with another local fireplace repair company, we had R-Pro over to service our vented gas fireplace. Hunter and James were right on time, very pleasant to chat with, and, most importantly, knowledgeable about our stove and system. They took care of the problems we were having and gave us the reassurance that our fireplace is now operating safely. I highly recommend these two individuals for servicing of gas fireplaces. I had recently bought a fireplace after being referred from a friend. They have a beautiful showroom with multiple options of fireplaces. At the time I didn't know they did insulation as well, since this fireplace was going into my house that was being built. Very friendly staff would recommend to anyone in the Asheville/Fletcher area.
